Laifeng Pavilion

Laifeng Pavilion is the last part of the central axis of Meishan San Su Shrine Museum and forms the third courtyard with the bridge connecting Sage Hall. The current Laifeng Pavilion was rebuilt during the reign of Emperor Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty. The building faces south, with a width of 21.66 meters, a depth of 10.26 meters, and a total height of 7.3 meters. It is surrounded by corridors with a width of 1.25 meters. The building area is 295.5 square meters. It has a sloped roof and a small green tile roof. The original one was the bedroom and study for Su Shi and his brother. In the 18th year during the reign of Emperor Jiaqing, it was renamed Jimei Hall after a major renovation. After liberation, another major renovation was carried out and it was renamed Laifeng Pavilion again.
